The Yellow-billed Cacique (Amblycercus holosericeus) is a species of bird in the Icteridae family. It is monotypic within the genus Amblycercus. It is found in Belize, Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and heavily degraded former forest.
